Terms of Use
By downloading or using RPE Lift, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RPE Lift ("Developer"). They incorporate Apple's Standard EULA where applicable.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use RPE Lift on devices you own, for personal non-commercial use only.
You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the app; reverse-engineer or decompile it; resell or sublicence access to Pro features; use the app for unlawful purposes.
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (iOS)
RPE Lift offers an optional Pro subscription on iOS via Apple's In-App Purchase system:
- Annual: USD $39.99/year (≈ $3.33/month)
- Monthly: USD $5.99/month
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24h before the end of the billing period via App Store → Account → Subscriptions.
- No refunds for unused subscription periods except as required by law.
The Android version does not offer in-app purchases.
4. Restore Purchases
Tap Restore Purchase in Settings to recover your Pro subscription after reinstalling, per Apple App Store guidelines.
5. Free Tier
Free includes: unlimited session logging, 4 weeks of history, 1 program template, rest timer, PR detection, and ads (Android only).
6. Advertising (Android)
The free Android version shows ads via Google AdMob. By using it you consent to ad display. Opt out of personalised ads in Android device settings.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. LOAD SUGGESTIONS AND FATIGUE ADJUSTMENTS ARE ALGORITHMIC AND NOT PROFESSIONAL FITNESS OR MEDICAL ADVICE. CONSULT A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL BEFORE STARTING ANY TRAINING PROGRAMME.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RPE LIFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, and source code in RPE Lift are the exclusive property of RPE Lift and protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Apple EULA Clause (iOS)
These Terms are between you and RPE Lift, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts in Morocco.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
